Dishes We Loved at Sabor Y Vino

We love all things local! As we quickly slide into fall, foodies all over South Florida congregate to Fort Lauderdale for the annual Sabor y Vino Festival. The Latin inspired festival showcases the best bites and drinks around town. Sabor y Vino promotes local haunts and allows chefs, usually toiling away in the back of the house, to be front and center with their patrons and newcomers alike. Culinary and beverage demonstration stations are strewn about the plaza and a live band with gyrating dancers provide the upbeat entertainment. In short, it’s a party! We were afforded the opportunity to pull aside and eat some of the most delicious dishes to highlight the best of the best. Enjoy all of the eye candy but preferably not on an empty stomach. Got any favorites? Know what country of origin any of these dishes comes from? Drop us a line below.
